Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

Brightpearl was installed as our WMS system last year as part of a wider migration from a bespoke platform to Shopify Plus. We wanted a system for stock accuracy across the business, with visibility for users on stock locations. It offers ease of use and a functional way for our buying team to upload PO's.
  • Stock accuracy and stock movement
  • Clear pricing for products across multiple currencies
  • Ability to enrich data
  • Search is a little clunky
  • Difficult to update or change information on single items when they're part of a larger group of products
  • Not being able to create Parent/child variants across sizes
  • Brightpearl has really helped with stock integrity

Brightpearl is reasonably easy to use, but could be improved, especially with search.
Brightpearl have always been on hand for support and Ive been very impressed with their proactive approach
As a manager of the Ecommerce team, it is vital that the data in Brightpearl is enriched and clear to allow the front end of the site to showcase the correct information for the end consumer. Brightpearl allows for this as well as being able to track product movement and sales.
