Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
Broadvoice b-hive allows our agents to work in office or remote very easily. The Price of Broadvoice's packages are much more affordable and offers many of the features other phone companies do for a lower price. The portal is full of great features and easy to navigate. Having to oversee 25 brokers and phones lines couldn't be easier without their support team. They are happy to help and guide me through issues and recommend other ways to utilize their platform better. Some of the business problems the product addresses would be Broadvoice's administration portal is not as easy to navigate. Even though their customer support team is always ready to help, I wish there was more clarity on how to do different things. Visual aids might help guide a business manager such as myself. Sometimes I don't have time to sit on the phone with someone.
