Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use broadvoice as our primary source of communication within our offices.
We have 5 office locations. Each office has the ability to transfer calls and buzz into all of the other offices using the VOIP feature.

We are able to make 1 phone payment using broadvoice. They supply our phones and our service.

The customer service is seamless. We almost always get someone on the phone and a solution in the same day.

The reports and the stats that the portal offers are great for our leaders to access to see office productivity.

  • The ability to roll phones over has been the best ROI. 2020 and 2021 we had lots of business closures due to weather and COVID... our operation did not have to stop since our phones were able to be answered.

When our services were being installed we had multiple representatives on the phone with us and in-person to ensure it was a smooth process. The in-person tech was so kind to every be the voice on all of our voicemails. It is the extra steps that sold us.
