Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We began our service with Broadvoice about a year before Covid-19. During that time, we enjoyed the ease of use and the ability to manage our office and call volume including special out-of-office responses and directing call traffic. When Covid-19 first emerged, our office went remote. Our agents were able to seamlessly transition to a work-from-home environment by using the Bhive application. We were able to receive and make calls directly from our cell phones using our office number. To date, we are still remote and have enjoyed the benefits of Broadvoice.

- There were some issues with the Bhive app and no time for resolve was given.
- Dependibility.
- The communicator app.
- Call transfers.
- Voicemail.
- With Broadvoice helping us to consolidate numbers from various locations down to one main number, we were able to provide clients with an old location number to the main number to reach us with ease.
- There were some issues with calls coming in and dropping but they were rectified.
