Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We began our service with Broadvoice about a year before Covid-19. During that time, we enjoyed the ease of use and the ability to manage our office and call volume including special out-of-office responses and directing call traffic. When Covid-19 first emerged, our office went remote. Our agents were able to seamlessly transition to a work-from-home environment by using the Bhive application. We were able to receive and make calls directly from our cell phones using our office number. To date, we are still remote and have enjoyed the benefits of Broadvoice.

Our business runs on communication. Broadvoice has made the operation of our business so much easier. We can track call flow and adjust the marketing strategy accordingly. We can also direct calls to the appropriate agent or even leave a quick out-of-office voicemail.
