We currently use these multiline phones for different departments. New hire phone name changes or phone reactivation.

A phone did not have a dial tone and needed to be ready in a short amount of time for a new hire to begin. I got a call back the next day and the representative who was helping had lots of patience to explain step by step where I could find information needed for the product to assist with getting the phone back up and running. I thought this would take a whole day, but in a matter of minutes, the rep walked me through the whole step of the way and get the phone working.
