Had issues where our phones would not transfer to exchange and we received immediate response to take care of the problem. additionally, we were closed due to holiday on a week day and as well and a tech. provided immediate assistance. I thought they might close early for a holiday but they resumed their same business hours. Had issues with our phones going down and not being told ahead of time phone system would be down. This has been rectified and we are notified that their will be repairs made to the system and that we might experience down time, date and time is provided.
