Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We have a few offices and employees that work remotely. Staying in communication with each other and client is absolutely crucial. Broadvoice makes it reliable and efficient. The few times we have had technical issues, the customer service team has help very quickly and politely. The communication system can make or break a team, and Broadvoice has definitely been a great tool and ally.

Other companies have used other systems, and there has always seemed to be a disconnect. The communication system can end up being a nightmare and truly ruin the day/week/month when issues arise. We have had the benefit of Broadvoice, so that has not been the case for us.

The only times we have had complications is truly more due to the internet quality; however that is no fault of Broadvoice. The benefit of having a system in place in which we can see when employees are on their lines, when calls are coming in no matter to which office, and the perks of a great technical support team make the whole experience great.
