Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We have 7 users for voice over internet. We switched to Broadvoice as it was significantly less expensive than the well known vendor we had been using. But, most importantly, Broadvoice actually has people that answer the phone within just a few rings - no hold time - and can help you in the same call, with the same person. This is practically unheard of with many vendors we use - I normally dread calling tech support because it is usually a 20-60 min wait, and then I have to go through several layers of people to get my problem resolved!
