Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Broadvoice provides SIP trunking for VOIP telephone and fax service for the entire company. Broadvoice provides a cost effective alternative to POTS and is very responsive to resolving inevitable problems that arise from time to time. They excel in communications with users via email alerts and notices and promptly resolve problems that may arise. We renewed out contract for 3 years with them based on our experience during the first contract.
