Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We have a mixed group where most employees use the individual contact, and a few are on call trees.
Pros
- Easy to configure
- B-hive app is easy to use.
- Very responsive in initial set up
Cons
- ID and passwords had different unclear requirements.
- Individual phone settings could be easier to set up.
- Electronic voices are unpleasant.

- DND
- Call tree configuration
- We have saved money and aggravation over our previous provider.
Much less expensive. Much easier to configure. Offsite options that Broadview did not offer.
