Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We have a mixed group where most employees use the individual contact, and a few are on call trees.

Pros

  • Easy to configure
  • B-hive app is easy to use.
  • Very responsive in initial set up

Cons

  • ID and passwords had different unclear requirements.
  • Individual phone settings could be easier to set up.
  • Electronic voices are unpleasant.
  • call forwarding
  • DND
  • Call tree configuration
  • We have saved money and aggravation over our previous provider.
Much less expensive. Much easier to configure. Offsite options that Broadview did not offer.
