Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice as our phone service provider and also for leasing phones. Broadvoice has helped us be more fluid with our operations, you can now reach people when they are not at their desk by using the mobile app. Calls can also be placed as if you were on premises when you are not. We also have made good usage of the auto attendant feature and the business hours for routing calls.

We used to use Astrix free pbx which did an okay job but there were several features that no longer worked with out older phones. We have made good usage out of our new phones from Broadvoice. Lots of efficiencies have been found with call routing and using things like phone presence's to know if someone is available.

Broadvoice is good if you have lots of users needing to be able to place calls and receive calls in a variety of ways. Mobile phone application is a must and it works very well with Broadvoice. The quick turn around was also appreciated and from he time we sent in our paperwork to the time we got all our phones it was about 2 weeks. All we configured to the specifications we asked for and when they were deployed Broadvoice helped get them where we needed to be in terms of configuration.
