Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice 24/7. We are a law enforcement agency so we are open around the clock. We have never had any problems with Broadvoice. They are always there to help with any problem that may occur. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that may be looking to change or who maybe just starting up their business. You will not regret the decision to use Broadvoice. The employees that they have are awesome to work with. They will go above and beyond to help you with whatever issue that you may have.

Pros

  • They are so kind and thoughtful to your needs. Whatever they maybe.
  • We have never lost phone service due to bad weather.
  • They are always there for you if you need them for whatever problem that you maybe having.
  • The employees are well knowledgeable about the company.

Cons

  • There isn't thing that I can see that they need to improve on.
  • We haven't lost service so far due to the weather conditions.

The employees are always so nice and polite and will help you anyway that they can. We have never lost service due to bad weather. Which is a big plus when you are a law enforcement agency and are open 24-7. You can't go wrong with Broadvoice!
