Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
The Mitel system we were using was discontinued. We needed a simple solution that wouldn't be difficult for non tech savvy coworkers to use.

- Communication with client
Cons
- Availability of headsets through Broadvoice
- More of an assortment of simple written training material to refer to instead of rewatching videos
- VM - email is a huge help with our people in the field not having to call in and check messages
- The app eliminates the need to give out individual cell numbers
- MiVoice Office Application Suite (Mitel Application Suite)
Too many features are not needed. Portal was very difficult for non tech people to follow/
