Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We are sales representative company and we needed a call/phone solution that provided us options to route calls, establish an answering protocol, be able to efficiently handle call remotely, and have out of office / holiday call options. Broadvoice and their b-hive platform has been a great solution for us. The setup and application is very easy to use, and we have had no issues whatsoever. The customer service and training have both been excellent as well.
