Extremely Satisfied with Broadvoice B-Hive Capabilities, Features, and Customer Service
Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
The flexibility of internet based phones allows me to have a work phone in the office and home, forward calls directly to my cell phone, and to take my work phone anywhere with hard-wired internet in North America and have it ring exactly like it would at my office desk. When I signed up for Broadvoice, I received new phones with state of the art software and my phone bill went down by over $100 per month. I can manage the extensive options of who receives which calls and when, all remotely from the Broadvoice portal. On top of all the features, the customer service has been outstanding. I highly recommend Broadvoice to anyone looking for workplace flexibility for their team.
Pros
- Technology/ phone features
- Customer service
- Flexibility
Cons
- Figuring out how to implement new features on my own can be challenging, but I know customer service is only a phone call away.
- Lower cost would be better, but the cost is more than fair for the features provided.
- Being able for a team to work from different locations but still use the same office phone system.
- The E-fax features, call forwarding, transfer, and intercom with people in different geographic locations, voicemail options.
- I can answer my office phone from anywhere, including forwarding calls to my cell phone then back to voicemail if I don't want to answer the call (based on caller ID).
- Remote work is easy since we can all operate from the same phone system that is all interconnected.
Our previous phone system was old and outdated, our phones did not work well, and we paid over $100 more per month than we do with Broadvoice. We received new phones with amazing capability and technology, and the internet-based system saved our business during the pandemic when our office was closed and people had to work remotely.
