Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We have been working with Broadvoice on our organization for couple years now and service has been very good along with customer service and account accessibility, which make the troubleshooting and resolution much easier. Since we have multiple stores across East and West Coast accessing the B-Hive dashboard and been able to forward phone calls when primary internet services goes down is extremely important for us.

Very easy to use web based Bhive portal, all tools necessary for operation are available and ready for customization. Phone devices are up to date in terms of modernization and up to the latest technology as well. There are minimum occasions where contacting a technician via phone was necessary since most of the tools are ready available.

Directing phone calls to other locations during ISP outages has been the most critical situations that we have encountered and using the BHive portal has been definitely a positive experience. Also contacting the customer support line has been easy and technicians are able to resolve any other issues that are not accessible via web portal.
