Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
I am on the board of directors of Santa Claus Incorporated, the largest children's charity in the Inland Empire. We use Broadvoice as our phone and messaging service company. Their customer service employees are as good as they come. We are always very thankful for their assistance as we are not tech geeks, but they sure are!
Pros
- Answers the phone quickly
- works very hard to understand your full question
- resolves problems quickly and effortlessly
Cons
- The overall system is a bit complicated if you don't interact with it regularly
- Too many options
- header topics don't always make sense
- The service is reasonably priced
- The features are more than enough
- The customer service is superb
- 8x8 Express (discontinued)
