Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice for connectivity services in our day to day business. I have only ever had one issue, and it was to do with billing. Our bills were going to the wrong email address, but it was remedied quickly and easily.

  • Receiving faxes online is a time and money saver.
  • Electronic timestamping is helpful.
Because I have not had any problems or issues.
Customer service is better.

Broadvoice has never given me any issue outside of the one time the billing was sent to the wrong email address. I've got no complaints!
