I am UI/UX Technical Lead in Exela Technologies, Myself and my team will use BrowserStack daily to Cross browser testing task and mobile UI/UX testing Task. Its very help full to test all latest and important real devices and for Windows Mac resolution testing also its very useful.

We are using BrowserStack in our local environment testing using BrowserStack local testing enabling feature. in this future we can test all our code before deployment in public url, its very use full developer can able do to one round of testing and provide the build to the testing team so issue will be fixed in dev local environment.

pCloudy doesn't have more real device and it's very slow compared to BrowserStack

Evaluating BrowserStack and Competitors
Yes - BrowserStack replaced pCloudy in my Organisation because pclody is very slow and we faced loading issue but in browser stack we did not faced that kind of loading and performance issue so we switch to browser stack. and we have lot of devices in browser stack comparitivly it's less in pclody.

Browser stack is easy to use and we have lot of different Android and IOS devices and Windows and Mac OS , and it's very user friendly to use. And we have automation in browser stak. Issue posting also easy to post jn browser stack features. Accessibility also implemented so it's very useful to everyone.
No at the resent time Browser stack is beat so we don't want to change any product due to Browser stack is easy to use and we have lot of different Android and IOS devices and Windows and Mac OS , and it's very user friendly to use. We are using enterprise so I think premium support will be provided we got a dedicated person for our team and what ever issue come we will send mail and that person will raise a ticket in browser stack and send us the ticket id and he will follow up and get back the updates
