In our organization, we have large-scale web and mobile automation projects. When we integrated our test suites with BrowserStack, they solved a lot of issues that we faced previously.
The mobile automation testing framework has nearly 750 test cases, and it will take almost 12 hours to execute the entire framework. So, platform stability is most important for that, and BS addressed that issue. They have the most reliable uptime and no downtimes at all. Additionally, they have a large range of devices to test our test suites on different OS versions and various devices.
When talking about web automation, our main problem that we faced was our DevOps side resource utilization. When we run a large-scale automation testcases on the pipeline, it will consume more resources on the DevOps side, and it will increase the DevOps side bill. But when we integrate our framework with BrowserStack, it will reduce the resource utilization on the pipeline, and all the tests will be run in BrowserStack.
Another main point is that they provide a marvelous test result dashboard. All the test results, logs, screenshots, and screen videos are saved on their dashboard, and it will be very helpful for us.

Before going for BrowserStack, we used mobile phones to do our scripting, and it was a very expensive task. Because every developer needs a physical device for scripting.
In web automation, previously we ran our test suite on the DevOps side Virtual computer. It will directly consume DevOps resources, and it will affect the other pipelines as well. BrowserStack address that issue and now our pipelines are fully executed on BrowserStack and it to going to utilize resources on the DevOps side.
