Good for cross browser testing and parrallel automation run

No as separate team is required to support browserstack, cause this application is easy to used, once I given a training to my dev and qa team, later on they have not faced any issue, while automation we do faced some issues but resolved those through out the browserstack support team.

With browserstack, it also requires a knowledge of Ruby, Cucumber, Appium, Framework expertise, Automation basics and Debugging skills that is currently been utilized with in our project.
However, with browserstack documentation it is easy to identify issues and help them resolve. They also have a good online ticket support and chat support system that could be utilized anytime.
