Overall Satisfaction with Buffer
Every social media manager has this constant pain - the organization has too many social media accounts that need to be managed somehow. Buffer does just that - helps us save time by using their excellent platform to organize all our social media campaigns in one place. The results are quite brilliant, we save time, improve consistency and allows the ability to reach more people.
Pros

- Great scheduling tools.
- Integration with popular social media sites.
Cons
- Our only complaint is that we can't use the functionality that Twitter offers, including polls, gifs, location sharing, etc.
1 - We have a dedicated social media manager that uses Buffer to operate our social media accounts on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Buffer helps him keep everything consistent across all our social media channels, while keeping track of the best times to post and how our audience reacts to our posts and what kind of reach they have. All of that helps us optimize our social media campaigns for maximum performance.
