Overall Satisfaction with Bullhorn ATS & CRM
We use Bullhorn ATS & CRM as our main CRM it enables us to easily track processes, add new candidate and client information, set reminders, send out mass emails and manage GDPR effectively. I use Bullhorn ATS & CRM from a purely administrative perspective I set up and manage new user accounts, manage GDPR requests, approve candidate placements / sales and manage the integration with our statistics/reporting software.
Pros

- Easy data upload
- Good integration with other products such as adcourier and Cube19
Cons
- The ability to undelete tasks without the need for technical support
- Live chat could be available more freequently
- Support available for all users not just support contacts
- Saves time due to integration
- Reporting function was key during COVID
- Duplicate finder means GDPR issues are dealt with properly as opposed to fragmented
- Breathe
Breathe is a great tool for smaller internal recruitment teams and I have previously used an in-house built system similar however Bullhorn is something you can use across larger businesses and growing SME's it works well for international businesses as everything is updated in real-time. The support function is excellent and the training tools for new starters are super helpful for our L&D team. Your account manager is also great for assisting in personalising sections to make them more business specific.
