Overall Satisfaction with CallTrackingMetrics
We use CallTrackingMetrics as our 'go-to' call tracking resource for all of the varied businesses that we work with. Annually, this means we're implementing call tracking solutions for hundreds of businesses of all sizes. CallTrackingMetrics integrates neatly with our reporting systems and allows us to track the value of every ad dollar back to real data.
Pros
- Easy to purchase numbers and secure routing.
- Easy API integration for reporting functionality.
- User-friendly dashboard.
Cons
- I'm really having a hard time coming up with anything that could/should be different.
- Stronger client retention because we have a great call tracking solution.
- Better tracking of ROI for the various businesses we advertise for.
- Clearer understanding of who our ad dollars are reaching because we can review call recordings.
I feel like CallTrackingMetrics is far more user friendly and accessible than CallRail. I said this earlier, but because CallTrackingMetrics has always been so easy to use and work with, I've never felt the need to pursue another function. When I've had to work with CallRail it's always because I've brought on a client that insists we work with their CallRail account -- I always tell them that we can easily migrate the numbers and work with CallTrackingMetrics instead.
