Overall Satisfaction with Canto

Currently we are using Canto at the department level, but we plan to use it company-wide in the near future. We house all company assets, from logos and graphic files to photos and video. Our old file structure grew quickly over time, and it became very difficult to pinpoint an asset.

If you have a large number of assets, with people requesting detailed things, it's great to be able to send them to do their own search. It's a huge time-saver for our designers and social media folks. It's also going to come in very handy with regard to historical items. Our company has been in business since 1894, and it will be a great way to store, and share, parts of our history.

It's very intuitive. There are some features that are a little more complex, but overall it's easy to figure out.
