Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We are using the tool to track commission from sales reps. It is being used by the Sales Department. It solves the problem of transparency and accountability for what reps are owed each month from their sales.
  • Easy to set up and use.
  • Easy to find out each deal and associated amounts.
  • Easy to track different payout levels.
  • Quicker updating potentially would be nice.
  • Send updates to my email inbox.
  • It has led to happier reps which means more money.
  • It has created more transparency.
  • It has saved us a bunch of time and money.
Easy to use and set up. No issues here.
