Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ is used for commission tracking here at GitLab. It is being used primarily by management and sales. CaptivateIQ gives me a central location for summary and drill down details on commission owed.
  • It's secure and very easy to navigate.
  • Great summary information on commission.
  • Ability to quickly and easily drill down on information.
  • It has everything I need.
  • The positive impact is I can quickly and easily locate commission summary payout information any time I want.
I used Exactly before and it was less intuitive and often inaccurate.
Because it is so easy and intuitive to use. I love that!
I have never had to contact support.

CaptivateIQ works great for me and my peers. It's also a fantastic tool for sales management. It would be helpful if salary payout information was also available on the site so everything is consolidated into 1 place. If that functionality is not coming, there is no need for people who are not in sales to use it unless I am unaware of additional functionality.
