Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

I love Captivate! I believe it's just used across the Sales team, but not 100% sure. It helps us make sure our payouts are accurate, and give the team visibility into knowing we are being paid accurately!

  • Shortcuts to faster see payout.
  • Ways to notify manager in Captivate if something is wrong.
  • Ways to highlight payouts, star them.
  • Visibility.

  • Cleanliness.
I have not used any other products besides CaptivateIQ. We have used it since I started working at Front, and am so happy that we use it. It helps me make sure I know what is happening with my payouts and knowing that we can fall back on Captivate to make sure things are right.
I give this rating because I think that this works really well, and it helps our teams see things faster and we are able to keep up with pay outs, I give Captivate a 10/10 because I love the format and how quickly we are able to see the payouts.
There is a great support system for Captivate, they help us whenever we need. They are super supportive and help my team if any challenges come up and are there for us regardless. We can quickly email them and they will respond, they will also reach out to make sure we are doing okay.

Love Captivate! So glad we are able to use it for our sales team. We are able to faster see our payouts and give visibility into our payouts, so that we can see our payouts faster, and make sure that we are being paid properly, and gives us more of a sense of trust to our operations team.
