Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CapIQ is used throughout my entire company to assist with our commissions. That includes monthly sales commissions and quarterly bonuses. Our previous solution was a pain. We didn't have access until the date of payout and there was no information on the report. We would have to generate a separate excel document to understand what made up our commission.

  • Payout groupings i.e. renewals, new deals, and manual changes.
  • Clean and easy to understand.
  • Early data enrichment.
  • Percentage breakdown for every transaction.
  • It has increased my trust in the commissioning system.
  • Xactly Commission Expense Accounting (CEA)

As a salesperson, I see CaptivateIQ as a powerful tool to enable Finance and Sales teams. I personally have already caught potential issues within commission statements before payout and worked with the Finance team to fix the discrepancies.
