Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We are using CaptivateIQ for sales to track and manage commission statements. Sales is using the platform.
Visibility into statements. Reps don't know what made their commission check. As a rep, we want visibility so we can anticipate what we need to do to make more money. Our plans have info but it is different when we see the dollar signs.

  • Xactly Commission Expense Accounting (CEA)
Xactly is very difficult to navigate and too complicated. It is more of a hassle than a tool.
It is something that we would only access when absolutely necessary.

The simplicity is great but the platform itself physically has a lot of room to work with. It almost seems like something is missing a little. Not much of the platform is hidden which is also a plus too. Very easy to navigate.
