Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
We are using CaptivateIQ for sales to track and manage commission statements. Sales is using the platform.
Visibility into statements. Reps don't know what made their commission check. As a rep, we want visibility so we can anticipate what we need to do to make more money. Our plans have info but it is different when we see the dollar signs.

- The UI, but this was initially. It has since been improved.
- The commissions breakdowns
