Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ addressed the problem of commission calculation and compensation plan management.
  • First when computing commissions, we have been able to break down and account for every dollar which has been really nice
  • For my compensation plan management, it has synced well with my company's metrics so I can use it as a point of reference
  • Lastly, being able to forecast my quota and even see sightline into commissions has been great.
  • I'd like more initial learning and guidance as a new user
  • I'd like to be able to have more functionality of forecasting my quota by playing with numbers "if I make sales" to plan more

For beginners, it seems to be a bit less suited. Having the ability to dumb down some of the areas would be better for me. I still personally like the breakdown and the overall quota attainment tracking.
