Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

I believe that it is being used by the whole Sales department. I know that we all get a statement from them every month when commission is calculated, so that is really nice. CaptivateIQ really helps minimize the manual work required in order to make sure that the commission is correct. I would highly recommend it to a friend of colleague. It makes commission super simple.
  • Makes commission checking super easy.
  • Keeps track of all past commission checks as well making it easy to spot check for issues over time.
  • Much better place to store than paytsubs in Gusto or Ripple.
  • It would be nice to be able to have Salesforce side-by-side
  • Commission calculator would be nice
  • It would be cool to almost have a fullstory or video of how the commission was calculated, like a graphic.

  • I'm not sure the ROI it has had on our business, but I enjoy the heck out of it every month.

Yes

I think that if you are calculating commission as often as we are (monthly) that CaptivateIQ is essential. If you're only doing it once a year, it might not be necessary, but even then you could still get value out of it, depending on the cost of the software. I'm only a user so I'm not sure on pricing, but I get a lot of value out of it.
