Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ is used across the sales and channel depts. It addresses the sales compensation problem where we haven't use it or a similar product before with clarity of getting the information.
The tool is very intuitive and easy to use and find information. Would need an improvement on the extraction of the report.
