Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
At least it's used by Sales to visualize and create commissions reports.
Sales staff need a clear concise view to observe and contest if needed their commission sources.
More CRM tools like Salesforce can be used to determine this information but aren'T built for this purpose, especially taking into account specific commission rates. It's more like a HR software.

Pros
- Simple, intuitive interface
- Monthly reports. Simple liner showing commission, then quick access to full report and breakdown
- Breakdown shows only relevant information.
Cons
- Having a dashboard with the current payout and breakdown
- information about quota/goals, if possible
- Showing monthly and yearly breakdowns of commission sources
- Integration with salesforce (I assume) for information tracking
- Hard for me to say, I am just a user
- Makes it easy for me to observe and audit my commissions
- CaptivateIQ
I don't have another reference, CaptivateIQ is the only tool I have used of its kind.
