Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
Best commission tool I've ever used. I no longer have to work it out manually or rely on finance to get it right. It is clear, line by line, which allows me to check over everything well in advance--not just that it calculates the exact commission and date it will be paid. Highly recommend.

- Pull through closed deals from CRM
- Calculate commission
- Line-by-line sales to allow you to check against commission easily
Cons
- Gamification could be cool
- More ways to celebrate wins/targets met from within
- Working out commissions
- Saves time from sales, finance, and management
It's hard to rely on a CRM; I much prefer CaptivateIQ
