Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ is being used by our commission team and sales reps globally. We manage all plans in this system and use the system to generate monthly statements and present to our CFO monthly.

CaptivateIQ could improve in 2 areas: 1. Communication tool between company and sales reps. We would love to utilize this functionality for all communication to our reps, including mass messages to our teams. 2. SOX compliance and restricted roles within the system.
