Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We are currently using it in our sales department for Account Executives to see how they are tracking for the month in relation to quota and financial attainment.

Pros

  • View current month tracking
  • View previous month payouts
  • Dispute/Inquire on payouts

Cons

  • Slight delays in payouts showing
  • In payout reviews no view of % to quota
  • Preview current month earnings
  • See previous payouts
  • Captures missed opportunities by giving a good view of closed business
  • Allows sales team to clearly see where they are tracking
