Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

I am an individual sales contributor and use CaptivateIQ to track my commission payout. This tool makes it very easy to track commissions and balance against the expectations I have regarding upcoming earnings.

Pros

  • Accurately tracks commission payouts.
  • Easy to use and simple to navigate.
  • Sends email reminders when payouts are forthcoming.

Cons

  • I personally do not have any suggestions for improvement. The site is incredibly easy to use.

  • I am an end user - I can't comment on the ROI of the tool.
This is the first automate compensation tracking tool I've used.
