We selected CaptivateIQ because they were more receptive and they provided us with all our needs. The other provider was a previous vendor and they still had alot of restrictions that CaptivateIQ did not have.

I would recommend for companies who are currently working manually via excel or other less modern systems. This would not be appropriate for companies who are less technically-savvy.
