Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We use it to produce monthly commission statements for Sales and Leadership teams. CaptivateIQ aids in commission reporting with regard to accuracy, timeliness, and transparency. A big problem we had was a sales rep's visibility into their possible earnings for the month. The sales team now has the ability to project their earnings from commissions. The data is updated on a daily basis before the monthly finalized statement is issued.

  • The sales team loves it and accounting does as well.
Big evaluation completed at the time of signing. Pricing was a leading factor.

CaptivateIQ is well suited for an organization that intends to adopt and maintain "large" company policies. Any deviation to certain processes needs consideration toward the logic built for commission reporting. Changes can be made but you want to be sure to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.
