Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

It is being used by the entire organization.

It makes it extremely easy for sales reps to calculate their commission checks months in advance. It is a great tool to have and it allows me to plan my personal budget out months in advance which is absolutely crucial for my success long term.

  • Being able to see my commission checks and commission calculator on a single pane of glass

Cons

  • Integrate with companies HR systems
  • Integrate with Salesforce so we can see our commission live when we close deals

I think CaptivateIQ is well suited for all sales companies. I have only used it for a short time and my entire career has been in sales.. So to be transparent I do not know where or why it would be less appropriate.
