Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

Our team uses CaptivateIQ to calculate and track commissions for 4 different types of plans across two departments. CaptivateIQ has allowed us to take our tracking out of spreadsheets and into a streamlined and easy to interpret report. I used to spend hours creating spreadsheets and customizing formulas. Once we added additional tiers to our plans, I knew we needed to find a different solution. We have been able to set up our customized plans and easily add new team members using the hierarchy feature. CaptivateIQ has saved us time and given our team insight to their progress down to the deal level.
  • Implementation team is hands on and helps streamline complicated plans.
  • The support and knowledge center has a ton of info if you are facing a problem
  • Being able to easily add people to reporting lines has made it easier on our team
  • Captivate is always updating the program with new features!
  • I am not a formula person, so the learning the program took a bit of time for me. Once it was set up, it's easy to follow. I do need to reach out if we have big changes and the team is there to help.

We run commissions for a small team of 10 and noticed a huge relief when implementing CaptivateIQ. We also pay on invoiced revenue with several accounts owners, being able to break out commission percentages using the built in formulas has been a breeze. I think any company that pays commissions could benefit from the implementation of CaptivateIQ. Even with 5 people, the program would have saved hours of time.
