Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

Our team use the software for daily commission tracking. The software is used by the entire organization. Based on what I’ve seen so far is more straightforward than our former system. Im able to get a clear view of where I stand commission wise and get a complete breakdown of the accounts I got credit for.

Pros

  • Reporting seems to be accurate.
  • Inquiries for commission questions is great feature.
  • The look and feel of the software is clean!

Cons

  • It would be nice if I didn’t have to choose my plan each time I want to search a different month.

  • As of right now, I can’t answer this question as we have only been using for 1 month.
