Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
We use Captivate on a monthly basis. We sell Electronic Health Records and our sales team gets paid on a monthly basis. We utilize Captivate to calculate the sales of each individual on our sales team. It's so useful to where the system automatically emails each of our team members that their commission statements are ready for review. I used to have to email them individually and would calculate their commission through Excel.
