Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ is used to manage all aspects of our Commission\incentive plan including current sales, rep to quota attainment and payment processes across our global organisation. This includes improving the accuracy of our commission payments, addressing and updating any issues with the quota attainment and finally giving an intuitive portal for Reps to be able to understand their current commission status. Thankfully the flexibility of Captivate IQ also allows deep integration across our line of business applications including Accounting, CRM and ERP.

  • Removed some of the data silos internally in our organisation between finance and management
  • Greatly minimised the Finance overhead on incentive payments.

CaptivateIQ scales nicely to a global organisation such as ourselves with complex back end systems that require deep integrations for success. The ability to support multiple currencies for our teams across the world as well as track their quota attainment has removed a lot of the confusion and questions we historically received at the end of each month. The User interface is intuitive for both the reps and managers who approve payouts and the finance team can quickly address any errors in closed deals represented or payout numbers
