CaptivateIQ is used to automate commissions for our sales division. Integrating this platform from an excel based process decreased execution timeframes while providing accurate reporting. Additionally, daily updates allowed team members to track their progress intra-month which boosted morale and encouraged more successful outcomes. Additionally, its executive view allowed for easy identification of delays to success completion of contracts early in the month which allowed additional time for corrections.

CaptivateIQ is very similar to ADP. However, it stands head and shoulders above ADP regarding implementation and internal build. Both provide consulting services to assist in the initial buildout of commission plans. However, CaptivateIQ provided intra-month progress of contracts and connected directly with our CRM which made it a benefit for our team overall.
