Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ has made processing sales commissions MUCH easier and far more transparent. We can now see exact breakdowns of how our commissions were assessed based on our quotas vs. attained revenue.

Pros

  • Commission dashboard
  • Commission breakdown

Cons

  • That both the manager and direct report have to approve a commission in order to process it - understand why that's necessary, but for instances where one of those users is on PTO or traveling for work and misses the deadline, could see this becoming an issue.
  • I think it's built a lot more trust within the sales org from a transparency perspective.
CaptivateIQ is the easiest to use compared to the others and most intuitive.

Well suited - if you have a sales org and need a simplified commission dashboard/processing platform.
Less appropriate - we only use CaptivateIQ for processing commissions, so if it has other uses, I'm not aware of them.
