Overall Satisfaction with Ceipal ATS

We use Ceipal ATS to post all the available daily requirements and the use of integrated search we will start sourcing profile through integrated portal in a single search. After sourcing the profile we will submit resumes to the account manager through Ceipal ATS to track the submission status. Because of Ceipal ATS we are saving our time. Bulk Email and integrated search, submission tracker, interview status, pipeline and we can pull out all the reports easily to show case the team performance.
  • Bulk Email to all the available internal database candidates
  • We can tag the candidate profile for the working position to avoid duplicate sourcing
  • We are having more option to fill the candidate information like, SSN, DOB, Visa Status and Expiry date, Skype id, candidate website and many
  • We can integrate multiple job boards in Ceipal to use wisely
  • While posting job in dice we can set automate response. If the candidate apply for our job, he/she will get automated reply.
  • We need to update Work Authorization and few other details manually.
  • Not user friendly. Only experienced person can use proactively
  • We can save our time using Ceipal ATS because of Job Boards integration and Bulk email
  • We can avoid duplicate work- Sourcing and Submitting
  • There is no option to find 100% matching candidates alone. We will get relevant candidates always
AI is definitely helpful to find matching and quality candidates. I believe we can find 100% match and there is a possibility to avoid manipulated candidate profiles.
Most of the time some candidates used to upload their resume in job portal multiple times in different title. AI is the only option to avoid duplication
We haven't integrated any other software in Ceipal. Integration is the primary feature to save our time to reach more number of candidates and we can avoid duplicate work.

In our company we are using Microsoft Teams, Quick Books software separately. Because of Ceipal software integration option we can save our time and we can fetch all the important details in this ATS alone.
I am using Ceipal ATS for the past 7 years. In my experience Ceipal ATS is really useful and saving my time to reach the right candidate. Because of Ceipal ATS we can address all the available position within turn around time. But, few draw backs are there that's why I had given my rating 8 out of 10
I got a chance to use Zoniac in my previous company. We can upload multiple candidate profiles same time. But, the process duration is too high and we can use internal database and we can submit the profile to Account Manager or the client directly. We can do mass email but, there is no integrated search when I was using it.

In Staffing business Turn Around Time is really important. Ceipal ATS is really helpful to reach bunch of candidates with one click using bulk email. We can reach more number of candidate within short span of time
