Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Ceipal I think is one the best ATS for Recruitment and Staffing database. Job Postings, Sourcing, Portal Search, Bulk email, selective mass email, data report etc. It's not too complex to use. It's easy to use.

Pros

Boolean Search.
Portal Job Postings.
Simplified Individual and team report.
Email through ATS.

Cons

In some search filters for screening. Some Innovation is needed.
It should also Integrate Recruiters Cell number to text through Ceipal if possible.

Return on Investment

It saves lot of time during speed bulk sourcing.
Data and productivity report management.
Portals integrated.

Ease of Integration

I find this an excellent ability. However, if it is integrated with LinkedIn RPS, it would be perfect for use.

Usability

Ceipal is a good ATS in terms of automating the process. This is a strong point and saves a lot of time.

Alternatives Considered

JobDiva, Bullhorn ATS & CRM and hireEZ

It is cost-effective and easy to use. The main advantage is its automated data.
