Overall Satisfaction with Celonis

As we are a partner from Celonis we are implementing it for other customers, mainly in Germany. We address mainly standard questions of the four processes, P2P, O2C, AR, and AP with [analyses] that are available in the EMS Store. We don't do Automation Use Cases that much, it seems that it is hard for the customer to be specific [about] what tasks they wish to automate.
  • Building analysis very fast.
  • Make automations very easily.
  • Make processes transparent.
  • Make it [easier] for the customer to build analysis and automation (Knowledge Model too complex).
  • Hard to say in numbers, but it saves time for the business users, it depends on the use case.
  • It makes the process transparent.
I experience that if the Customer Users are at a high age Celonis does not support digital transformation in the organizations, as they are not used to digital tools and also they don't want to train themselves to use them. If the Customer Users are younger I think that it can help, but for that, the Users have to be specific in their requirements for using Celonis and must-have business needs.

Celonis is well suited for companies that are large enough to have a lot of bottlenecks in their processes AND also people that are capable of using Celonis with Engineers and Analysts. Often I experience that it is too complex for the customer to build analysis or use pql themselves, let alone building Knowledge Models.
